Wacker Neuson views its relationship with its distributor network, which currently totals 22, including 7 cross-border distributors, as a two-way alliance. This means that both parties have a number of responsibilities to ensure the success of the partnership, and ultimately customer service.

BPI is responsible for the supply of the full Wacker Neuson range of compact equipment which comprises of Compact Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders, Wheeled Loaders, Tele Handlers and Dumpers available from BPI. The company’s responsibilities to Wacker Neuson includes primarily to concentrate on customer sales and service and help provide solutions to customers’ needs. “As this is a vast sector throughout the agricultural and construction industries, the potential is huge,” notes Griesel. “Additional responsibilities include servicing the community and promoting our products and services to all augmented sectors within the regions that BPI is responsible for.” Griesel adds that Wacker Neuson will provide BPI with all necessary product and service training.
