The quick replacement of its components provides maximum flexibility for everyday operations and helps reduce costs. With only a few simple steps the vibrator head of the IRFUflex-Series can be exchanged. The modular system with its flexible, but extremely robust, quick connect coupling makes it possible. With the integrated frequency converter in combination with various vibrator heads you are perfectly prepared for all kinds of tasks, retrofitting is quick and easy.

Modular System:


Converter component The frequency converter component consists of the power cable, Bodyguard™ and the converter case. The coupling allows quick exchange of the vibrator component by loosening just one screw.
Vibrator component The vibrator component consists of protection hose and vibrator head. For optimum concrete compaction results there are 4 sizes of vibrator heads available, each with protection hose lengths of 5 or 10 meters. Individual hose legths from 0.5 to 10 meters are optionally available by special request. The vibrator heads are available with or without rubber cap.

Bodyguard™ Safety First—the Bodyguard™ protection system offers additional safety to the operator. The Bodyguard™, which is attached at the end of a cable, controls all subsequent elements and switches the unit off within 3 milliseconds in the event of irregularities or danger of electric shock. The Bodyguard is adaptable, i.e. when exchanging the cable, the Bodyguard can be connected to the new cable and thus can continue to be used. Check functionality independently by using operating lights and test push buttons.
